2] The applicant has stated that he was not aware of the impugned order since he relied upon his Advocate, who in turn, failed to inform him about the same. He has also pleaded that he had financial difficulties and some time was required to make financial arrangements to file

3] Learned AGP submits that this is not sufficient cause, taking into consideration the fact that the delay is 736 days.
