The Applicant-Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "(B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement the circulatory Resolution passed by the Ad-hoc Committee dated 11.09.2009 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to cancel the earlier E-tender process and publish a new Etender for preparing and packaging Laadu and Barfi Prasad at an estimated cost of Rs.2.22 crores by E-tender process, on the modified terms and conditions as directed by Chairman of the learned Ad-hoc Committee."

It is informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee of the Sansthan, has approved the Circulatory Resolution dated 11.09.2009.
