Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is highest bidder, nevertheless instead of issuing the work order in favour of the petitioner, respondent No.2 issued fresh tender. 2.

We direct respondent No.2 to take decision about the grievance raised by the petitioner as stated /reflected in his application dated 16.11.2017 submitted with respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, however within three weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

We make it clear that, we have not considered the contentions raised in the said application on merits and it is for respondent No.2 to consider the said application on its own merits.
