By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking direction that their caste claims which are pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 21.08.2025 and 30.06.2025 respectively be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are desirous of taking Higher education, we direct the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period six months from today. 4.
