This petition challenging notice dated 13.10.2016 has been prematurely filed as notice is regarding showing of cause as to why action should not be taken against the petitioner. Therefore, it would be for the petitioner to satisfy the concerned authority as to why proposed action should not be taken against him. Instead of doing that, the petitioner has approached this Court challenging the notice. As a matter of fact, the notice has been issued against the petitioner. There is no cause of action.

The writ petition stands dismissed summarily. No costs.
