DATE : 13th APRIL, 2023 P.C.:- It was the case of the petitioner that the amount of compensation awarded was intentionally not released by the Government Officials, which has led to passing the order dated 28.2.2022 in W.P. No. 7300 of 2018 with connected matters. According to him, the petitioner was granted liberty to pursue his representations, which are produced on record at `Exhibit F.' According to petitioner, representations are not decided till this date.

We have perused the representations in relation to the cause, which the petitioner intend to agitate. Considering the contents of the representation and the prayer made in the present petition, we hardly see any reason to issue directions to the respondents to decide said representations.

Writ petition is disposed of. However, this will not preclude the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies, as are permissible and available in law.
