Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Te learned counsel for the parties state that both these petitions which arise from the corrections in the revenue records have been compromised by the parties and compromise is placed on
rlj ca15092.18 -2record by way of civil applications in these petitions. Te learned counsel for the parties state that all parties have signed the compromise and they are present in the court. 3.
I have gone through the compromise. In the compromise, it is stated that the respondents are accepting that the impugned orders be set aside. Accordingly, the civil applications in both these petitions are allowed.

Te impugned orders which are subject matter of the petitions are quashed and set aside in view of the compromise. 5.
It is made clear that the compromise will not permit the parties to override any provisions of law nor the compromise would be binding on those who are not signatory of the compromise. 6.
Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
