For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 09 days in filing revision challenging the order dated 09.10.2024 by passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is condoned and for the same reasons, the application is allowed by setting aside order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

The Second Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that request for extension of time in this regard will not be entertained.
