The Petitioner has not resorted to execution proceedings. Considering the view taken by this Court in Vasudeo Sonu Patil and Others V/s. State of Maharashtra and Others, 2023 (6) Mh.L.J. 662, we direct Respondent Nos.3 to 5 to make the payment of the entire compromise decree amount dated 14.07.2018 along with the interest set out below Exhibit-5/13 at internal page 15 of the petition paper book, by calculating interest until the amount is paid. The said amount shall be paid within 180 days from today and the interest shall be calculated till the date the amount is paid. 2.
