Heard Mr.Ghatol Patil, learned Advocate appearing for applicants.

Applicants seek condonation of delay caused in filing application for bringing on record Lrs of deceased applicant No. 1 Bhaskar s/o Bhavanji Bharad, and permission to bring on record his legal representatives as specified in paragraph No. 3 of the application. 3.

It appears that applicant No. 1 died on 14.01.2024. A copy of death certificate is filed on record. Applicants obtained heir-ship certificate from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani, which has been issued on 06.08.2024, thereafter present application is filed. 4.

Heard learned Advocate appearing for respondent. She objects for allowing application.

Although there is delay in filing present application, looking to the reasons as stated, delay deserves condoned. In result application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

6.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
