This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar of this Court dated 20.10.2015, by which for non-removal of objections registration is refused.

Mr. Bhumkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant has now submitted copy of decree in the office.

In view of above, the order passed by the Registrar of this Court dated 20.10.2015 is quashed and set aside and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
