This motion is for speaking to minutes of the order dated 25.03.2025. Appellant is facing difficult because of condition mentioned in paragraph No.12 regarding furnishing bank guarantee of Rs.50000/-Appellants are in jail and it is impossible to furnish their bank guarantee. It is submitted that it needs to be clarified that bank guarantee of any close relatives would suffice the purpose. 3.

I have gone through the papers. There is a substance in the contentions of learned counsel for the appellants. The rectification in paragraph No.12 is necessary otherwise the condition would be
