DATE : AUGUST 09, 2023 ORDER :- By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal, the applicant prays for quashment of the FIR bearing Crime No.0117 of 2022, registered with Sillod Rural Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The informant has filed affidavit, giving consent to allow this application. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C), subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to be paid for E-Library of the office of Government Pleader, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Place the matter after two weeks for compliance of the order.
