Civil Application No.13346 of 2023 is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation. The learned Advocate for the applicant has produced on record the order dated 12/08/2021, passed in CA No.7889 of 2021 and another connected matter, wherein the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 75% of deposited amount in this Court along with accrued interest thereon. 2.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 75% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Upon such undertaking is produced, the Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as directed above. The civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of accordingly. 4.

The Civil Application No.3862 of 2023 is filed for Stay. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 06/04/2023, in the application for stay, is confirmed. The application filed for Stay stand disposed of. 5.

The appeal is Admitted.
