The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court. The learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record the order dated 10/02/2023 in FAST No.11074/2021, wherein the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 50% of compensation amount deposited in this Court. 2.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 50% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The application stands disposed of.
