CORAM : A.V.NIRGUDE & INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ DATED : 8TH JANUARY,2016 PER COURT :- The appellants are accused no.2 and 3 in Sessions Case No.23/2004. They were convicted for offence punishable u/s 498-A, 307 and 316 r.w. Section 34 of IPC. They were sentenced to life imprisonment. Their earlier bail application was rejected. The appellant went to Supreme Court where they were given fresh opportunity to make bail application after six months. So this application is filed.

2] We heard learned counsel for the parties. We also perused the record. We are also aware that the appellants are in jail for last 11⁄2 years. Having regard to the nature of offence, the roles attributed to the appellants and the age of the appellants, we are of the view that the appellants deserve bail. Applicants-Appellants are released on bail upon furnishing of PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two solvent surety in the like amount. Bail bonds be furnished in trial Court.
