The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation which is deposited by the Acquiring Body. Vide order dtd. 19.04.2022 this Court in other connected matters has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount. 2.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% by furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, along with the accrued interest thereon. 3.

The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till the final disposal of appeal.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
