S. Kulkarni, Advocate for Respondent No. 3. This application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by insurance company.

Learned counsel for applicants has relied upon order dated 10.01.2024 passed in the connected matter by the coordinate bench of this Court. He seeks similar order. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent/ original appellant records no objection for passing the similar order. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

i) Application stands allowed and disposed of.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest in the office of this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. iii) Further 25% amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn along with interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

iv) Remaining amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit in any nationalised bank to be renewed from time to time till final disposal of the main appeal.
