Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In response to the directions by this Court on 23.7.2019, affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of Mr. Manohar Babarao Dhonde, the present Secretary of Shri Sant Shiromani Manmath Swami, Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Shewadi (Bk.) Tq. Loha, Dist. Nanded. The submission is made in affidavit-in-reply, that the subsistence allowances due and payable to the petitioner, to the tune of Rs. 1,20,922/- is deposited in the bank account of the petitioner and the statement of account is

cp897.18 annexed to the affidavit-in-reply as Annexure X-2. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner admits this fact of deposit of amount in the bank account of the petitioner. The affidavit-in-reply further states that the affidavit-in-reply opens with an unconditional apology of this Court by the Director/Secretary, for the delay in compliance with the order of this Court.

In view of the above referred facts as the amount is already deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioner, though there is delay, the respondent Director/Secretary has tendered an unconditional apology to this Court and accepting the same the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
