Mr. Bhokarikar, learned advocate for the applicants submits that the claimants have filed appeal seeking enhancement of the compensation. However, delay is caused in filing the appeal on account of the reasons as stated in paragraph no.3 of the application.

Having considered the submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in paragraph no.3 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 62 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 4.

First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents. Mr. Ambhore learned advocate waives notice for respondent no.2.
