In all applications filed for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeals, for the reasons stated in the applications, more particularly the administrative reasons, the delay stand condoned. Applications are allowed and disposed of.

In applications filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has produced on record order dated 29/09/2021 in

917 CA 14860-2023 CA/10289/2021 in FAST/22714/2021 and connected matters, wherein this Court has granted stay subject to deposit of entire award amount within eight weeks.

In view of the order passed by this Court as above, ad-interim stay is granted subject to deposit of entire amount of the award along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of 12 weeks from today.

Deficit Court Fees be paid within a week.
