The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 234 days caused since his lawyer did not intimate him about the pending proceeding. The learned counsel for respondents/claimants strongly opposed the application.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application and considering statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 234 days caused in fling First Appeal against award dated 24/12/2018 in MACP No. 25 of 2014 stands condoned. Application is accordingly disposed of.
