The petition is filed to challenge the order passed by the Returning Officer, by which the objection raised by the present petitioner against nomination of respondent No.4 is rejected.

When there is appeal provided against the said order,

Writ Petition No.12418/2016 appeal was not filed. Further the elections are over and results of the elections are declared. In view of this circumstance, the petition cannot be entertained.
