Applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 01.12.2021 whereby registration of its Second Appeal was refused for nonremoval of ofce oboections. There is also delay of 671 days for fling this application. Learned Counsel for applicant undertakes to remove all the ofce oboections within four weeks.

In view of the same, order dated 01.12.2021 stands recalled by condoning the delay of 671 days suboect to deposit Pooja K.

905 CA-610-2024 of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

After deposit of cost the Second Appeal be registered on removal of all the ofce oboections.
