The applicant seeks to withdraw amount of Rs. 1,36,423/- deposited by the Acquiring Body, for the reasons stated in the application. 3.

The application is contested by the Acquiring Body. The Acquiring Body has deposited 75% of the amount with accrued interest. Its grievance is that the enhancement is more than 9 times. 4.

The respondent-Acquiring body has not deposited entire amount but in pursuance of the orders 75% of the amount has been deposited. I find no difficulty in permitting the claimants to receive the amount. 5.

The Civil Application is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive the deposited amount with accrued on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 1/2
