1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.082/2024, dated 20.03.2024, registered at Maujpuri Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326, 34, 342, 365, 504, 506 of IPC.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw the application qua applicant no.1. The application is dismissed as withdrawn qua applicant no.1.

4] Applicant no.2 is a lady and this court considering the role of applicant no.2 in the assault that she had only used chappal against the injured protected the applicant by order dated 05.12.2024.

2 948 5] In view of the above and that applicant no.2 being a lady, the interim protection granted by order dated 05.12.2024 qua applicant no.2 stands confirmed, on the following terms: i] Applicant No.2 shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

ii] Applicant No.2 shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. She shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] Applicant No.2 shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 6] In the event, Applicant No.2 violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove. 8] The application stands disposed of.
