ORDER :- 1.

This civil application is filed to take on record registered notarized memorandum of Hiba, bearing No. 4301 of 2022, dated 7th December, 2022.

Advocate Mr. T.R. Quadri, appearing for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection if the civil application is allowed.

Accordingly, the Memorandum of Hiba is taken on record. 4.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 5.

Counsel for the parties submit that in view of the Hiba being executed nothing survives in the second appeal and same may be disposed of.
