In-case, the appeal is filed by the petitioner against rejection of application for issuance of tribe certificate and the same is pending with respondent No.3, respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merit expeditiously, preferably within three months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18.12.2017.
