The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses - (B) & (C) as under: "(B) By way of appropriate Writ order or directions in the like nature, the respondent Pharmacy Council be directed forthwith to issue corrected approval order/permission as requested by the petitioner vide an applications dated 19.09.2022 and 23.11.2022. (C) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Writ Petition, the respondent authorities be directed to include the name of petitioner institution for M.Pharm two subjects 1) Pharmaceutics 2) Phamaceautical Quality Assurance in centralize admission process for the academic year 2022-23 and further be directed to allot the students with an intake capacity of 09 students." 2.

We have considered the brief submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The thrust of the petitioner's case is that there has been a mistake in the order granting approval dated

932-WP-13111-2022.odt 12.08.2022. The said mistake deserves to be corrected by respondent No.1/Pharmacy Council of India.

The learned Advocate representing the Pharmacy Council submits that if this Court directs, the Council would take a decision expeditiously.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Pharmacy Council to consider the applications filed by the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 and 23.11.2022 and arrive at a decision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 23.12.2022 upto 5:00 pm.

In the event the Council holds in favour of the petitioner, respondent no.3 would accordingly grant entry to the petitioner in the 3rd M.Pharm (CAP) round.
