PER COURT :- This Writ Petition arises out of the lease agreement entered in to between the petitioner and the Respondent Authorities.

We do not countenance the petitioner's gestures by filing the Writ Petition directly under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, without availing the appropriate remedy available under the Statute or in the lease agreement.
