This civil application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed by conditional order dated 10th June 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The learned Registrar (Judicial) had directed to remove office objections within three weeks. Since the objections were not removed, registration came to be refused. There is delay in filing this application is of 145 days. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Petition stands restored to its original position

Ethape ( 2 ) 16-CA-13167-2024 subject to condition that the petitioner removes all office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
