This petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenges the order dated 16/11/2022, passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vaijapur, below Exhibit-126 in Regular Civil Suit No.292/2011, thereby giving exhibit numbers to the documents after final arguments were over.

Admittedly, Trial Court has given exhibit numbers to the documents at the instance of respondents, after final arguments were advanced by the parties. Considering the fact that matter is at final stage in the Trial Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Petitioner is at liberty to raise objection to the admissibility and relevancy of the exhibited documents before Trial Court. Trial Court shall hear both the parties on these points and then adjudicate the dispute between the parties. 3.
