The application is filed by appellant - Insurance Company for restoration of its appeal against respondent Nos.2 and 3 by recalling the order dated 21.03.2018. Under the said order the appeal was dismissed against respondent Nos.2 and 3 for non supply of necessary copies for issuance of notices. However, the learned Counsel for appellant - Insurance Company is ready to immediate steps against respondent Nos.2 and 3 by supplying necessary copies. 3.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of Pooja Kale 1/2

919 CA 3803-2020 prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

The First Appeal No.5205 of 2017 stands restored against respondent Nos.2 and 3.
