The applicants are the legal representatives of the sole petitioner. Notice was issued to the respondent on 30.11.2015. Office report indicates that the respondent factory is closed down for the past about 5-6 years.

Shri Barde, therefore, submits that after bringing the L.Rs. of the deceased petitioner on record, notice be issued and the same would be got published in Marathi daily Sakal, Ahmednagar edition, which has a large circulation.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The applicants shall be brought on record in the Writ Petition as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner within one week from today, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition shall stand abated. akl/d
