The grievance raised in the petition is that the representations are filed, however, the same are not decided. The said representations are with regard to the deductions of grants of petitioner's cattle camp.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the same are pending, the authorities would decide the same on its own merits. 5.

Considering above, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent Collector, Beed, shall consider and decide the representations filed by the petitioner (Exh.G - page 52) on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within seven (7) months.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
