ORDER

Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Ubale, along with appellant Mr. Premnath Janardhan Mehtre and learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh for respondent no. 3 - Insurance Company along with representative of respondent no. 3 - Mr. Yogesh Sonawane, Executive Officer, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., are present today.

With the assistance of learned counsel the identification of appellant is done. Appellant confirms the terms of settlement. 3.

The parties and their counsel have filed on record the terms of settlement which is marked as exhibit 'X'. They pray to dispose of First Appeal in terms of settlement (exhibit 'X'). Permission is granted. Appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement (exhibit 'X').

As settled between the parties, and stated in exhibit 'X', the respondent no. 3 shall deposit an additional amount of Rs.

1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) towards full and final settlement within six weeks with Commissioner for Women Compensation / Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount along with the amount which is already deposited with the said authority. The depositing of additional amount by the respondent no. 3 shall be treated as an amount of compensation.

The office is directed to prepare award in accordance with the terms of settlement and present minutes of order. 6.
