DATE : 18th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- This is an application filed by applicants, who are the appellants in the Second Appeal and praying for condonation of 1370 days' delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no. 7, who died on 18-03-2011.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

None for the non-applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants points out that the reasons stated in the application are sufficient to condone the delay and prays for condonation of delay and grant of permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 7 on record.

This application is pending since year 2018. As the non-applicants have not filed reply opposing prayer made in the application, moreover, reasons stated in application are justified to condone the delay caused for filing application.

In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The delay caused in filing civil application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 7 on record, is condoned. Further, the applicants are permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 7 on record. 7.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, civil application is disposed of. 8.
