Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the applicants states that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the applicants had

submitted bank guarantee to the extent of enhanced 25% of the amount.

In view of the judgment of the Apex Court, the applicants have submitted the security to the satisfaction of the Collector to the extent of 50% of the amount, as such the Bank guarantee submitted to this Court be released.

We have heard Mr.Irale Patil, learned counsel for the Respondent.

Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court was modified by Apex Court and the applicants have submitted security to the satisfaction of the Collector.
