The Petitioners contend that all those persons who claim to be affected by the widening of the road pertaining to the same location, had approached this Court in Writ Petition No.4717/2019 and group of matters which were decided by the common judgment dated 30.04.2020. These petitioners could have been parties to those petitions. However, the petitioners were a little late in approaching the Court and, therefore, they have filed this petition.

In view of the above and with the consent of the parties, this petition is disposed off in terms of the judgment dated 30.04.2020 delivered in Writ Petition No. 4717/2019 and companion matters.
