PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after correction of tribe in the tribe certificate, the verification proceeding is pending since the year 2017. The petitioner has completed MBBS degree course. The period of internship of the petitioner is going to complete in February, 2020. The validity certificate would be required. The brother of the petitioner has been issued with the conditional validity.

Considering the fact that, validation proceeding is pending and the vigilance has been completed in the proceeding of the brother of the petitioner, we pass following order.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall endeavor to decide the same, expeditiously and preferably before March 2020. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 10.12.2019 and shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
