Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had challenged the impugned order transferring the petitioner under letter dated 17.11.2018. The learned counsel submits that, however the said transfer order was stayed by the Secretary.

In the light of that, the grievance of the petitioner as on today does not subsist. As and when the cause of action arises the petitioner may agitate afresh.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
