PER COURT :- Te petitioners have challenged the issuance of possession warrant. Te learned counsel for the petitioners informed that, the petitioners have filed a substantive first appeal alongwitn an application for condonation of delay and stay in the District Court and that only the reason the petitioners have filed this petition is because the application for condonation of delay and stay has not been decided. Tis cannot be a ground to exercise the power of superintendence as the petitioners will have to obtain the necessary orders in the pending first appeal. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
