IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8576 OF 2020 :

The acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 860 days in fling frst appeal.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the acquiring body that the delay caused mainly due to time spent in obtaining the approvals at various stages.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 860 days stands condoned. 4.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Accordingly, civil application is disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8592 OF 2020 :- 1.

The learned counsel applicant -acquiring body seeks time to take steps against deceased respondent No.1.

The learned counsel for respondent No.1 undertakes to supply copy of death certifcate and the names of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 to the learned counsel for acquiring body.
