IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD REVIEW APPLICATION NO.168 OF 2019 IN WRIT PETITION NO.11559 OF 2018 Shivaji S/o Laxmikant Koleshwar, Age-52 years, Occu:Service, R/o-Vivekanand Colony, House of Adv. Lonikar, Behind Jay Tower, Padampura, Aurangabad, Tq. & Dist-Aurangabad ...APPLICANT

VERSUS

The State of Maharashtra, Through Principal Secretary, Disabled Welfare Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32 and others ...RESPONDENTS ...

Mr.Sachin G. Joshi Advocate for Applicant.

Mr.S.S. Dande, A.G.P. for Respondents No.1 & 2. ...

CORAM: SUNIL P. DESHMUKH AND MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 8TH AUGUST, 2019 ORDER :

1.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant

who strenuously urges to review order dated 1st November, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No.11559 of contending that rejection of his representation flowing from judgment and order dated 12th April, 2018 of Division Bench in Writ Petition No.6907 of 2014 is illegal.

2.

Perusal of representation and order thereon of the authority shows that the petitioner had been trying to reiterate very same case which has been considered and covered under order dated 12th April, 2018 in Writ Petition No.6907 of 2014. 3.

Division Bench hearing Writ Petition No.11559 of 2018 had passed order under review and rejected the petition, observing to the effect that identical reliefs were claimed in Writ Petition No.6907 of 2014.

4.

There does not appear to be any distinction in the request made under

representation and the decided writ petition. Having regard to that division bench has considered for identical reliefs a writ petition after rejection of representation would not be considered.

5.

Thus, it does not appear that there is any error much less apparent one in order dated 1st November, 2018.

6.

Review application is, therefore, not entertained and the same is dismissed.
