After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time and going through the notification of UCG of October 2018, relied on by the petitioner herself, it reveals that Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) under Clause 4.3 is available to the petitioner.

The learned A. G. P. for the respondent No. 3 also submits that without approaching the respondent No. 3, this petition is filed.

In view of above position, when we have shown our

2 corrected wp 13267.24 disinclination to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition for approaching alternate grievance mechanism.
