Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondent No.2 will take decision about the grievance raised b;y the petitioner for correction in his Tribe Certificate within two weeks from today. It is not in dispute that already the respondent No.1 has received application from the petitioner with a request to correct the Tribe Certificate 2] In that view of the matter, we hope and expect that the necessary decision will be taken by the respondent No.1, on the application filed by the petitioner, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within two weeks from today.

3] With the above observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
