The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the transfer.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that last year the spouses of the petitioners were transferred and were brought within periphery of 30 Kms. This year the petitioners are transferred beyond the periphery of 30 Kms.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the representations are also given to the Chief Executive Officer as contemplated under the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019. 4.

The Chief Executive Officer shall consider the grievance put Gajanan

2 13883.2019WP..doc forth by the petitioners and shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days as to the distance on which the petitioners stand transferred with that of their spouses. The Chief Executive Officer shall also consider the availability of the vacancies, and if the vacancies exist in the periphery of 30 Kms. or nearby shall also consider whether the petitioners can be accommodated in those places. The said decision as observed supra shall be taken within a period of fifteen (15) days. 5.
