The parties have placed on record the consent terms executed between them. Both the parties have verified the contents before the notary. Both the learned Advocates accept the terms. In view of the consent terms and compromise, both the Advocates prayed for withdrawal of the writ petitions.

The said compromise is taken on record in WP/312/2025 and marked annexure 'X' for the purpose of identification. Both the writ This order is speaking to minutes of order dt.14.01.2025.

Ethape ( 2 ) 902 WP-312-2025 modified petitions are allowed to be withdrawn in terms of compromise. 3.

The consent terms to form part of the order of this Court. This order is subject to transferring the amount as stated in clause (2)(a) and (2)(d) of the consent terms by RTGS in the account of the respondent. 4.

This order shall take effect upon payment of the amount to the petitioners in Writ Petition No.323/2025 and Respondent in WP/312/2025 within seven days.

Parties shall produce the receipt of the amount duly executed by the employee in the office of this Court.
