We would not entertain this petition to the extent of the prayer that a Writ of Mandamus be issued to direct the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad to transfer the Petitioner to a particular Health Centre as per her choice.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that at least the representation dated 30.09.2023 may be considered by Respondent No.2.
