Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.1 to decide Revision Petition No.1802 of 2021 within a period of three months. Learned AGP waives notice for respondents/State. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the said Revision Petition within a period of four months.
